What the QC step covers
- Visible model, dial, bezel, case-tone and bracelet configuration.
- Overall alignment, exterior finish and obvious cosmetic issues visible in the provided photos.
- The agreed configuration before the delivery step is approved.
How the process works
- Confirm the model and requested configuration on WhatsApp.
- Receive the current quote, options and expected QC timing.
- Review the provided QC photos before shipment is arranged.
Movement, water resistance, dimensions or factory-level claims are only included when they are specifically verified for the quoted build.
